Podcast/Interview Host for Short Series of Interviews

I am looking for a video podcast/interview host to conduct a short series of video interviews. The desired length for each video interview episode is 25-40 minutes. I prefer an interview format that is an informal conversation, but that still focuses on topics that are relevant to my target market.

The conversations will cover specific topics related to:
- Spirituality and metaphysics in business and entrepreneurship
- mindset and performance coaching
- leadership from a space of peace and safety
- divine feminine energy and how to harness it for women entrepreneurs
- branding and brand strategy
- digital marketing and entrepreneurial strategy

Skills and experience needed for this job:
- Experience as a video podcast host or interviewer
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills - FLUENT IN ENGLISH with English as your first language and/or well over 10-years plus speaking English is a fluent and conversational nature
- Western accent that is easily understood by western societies / listeners / viewers
- Ability to create a relaxed and conversational atmosphere, charisma, good energy and vibes, great conversationalist
- Knowledge or interest in the specific topics to be covered in the interviews that I mentioned above
- A good-looking video podcast setup with professional mic and lighting, etc.
- Willingness for your face, voice and likeness to be shown/used in the interview footage as various media across social media and the web
- Strong internet connection and ability to conduct these conversations virtually/remotely
