About Us
I Can Ace is a fast-growing EdTech startup focused on building essential life skills for children through engaging online classes. We offer courses in Public Speaking, Creative Writing, Financial Literacy, and Personality Development for students from Kindergarten to Grade 10.



Role & Responsibilities
• Conduct online demo classes for parents and students (US time zones)
• Deliver paid live sessions once a student converts
• Teach any one or more of the following:
• Public Speaking
• Creative Writing
• Financial Literacy
• Personality Development
• Adapt teaching methods based on age group (K–10)
• Maintain a child-friendly, engaging, and structured teaching approach



Requirements
• Prior experience as an online teacher in the EdTech industry
• Comfortable teaching international (US-based) students
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Confident handling young learners and parents
• Comfortable working in US working hours
• Passionate about teaching and student outcomes


Compensation
• Demo Classes: Unpaid
(As we are currently a non-funded startup; however, demos are strictly for conversion purposes)
• Paid Sessions: ₹250 per hour (INR) per converted student
• Consistent work available based on performance and conversion
