We are looking for support on the delivery of a year-long programme of activity with a top 5 UK landowner focusing on up to three of the following key thematic areas: 1. Built Environment and Cities; 2. Oceans and Seabed Stewardship; 3. Agroforestry and Regenerative Agriculture.

We want to deliver a series of highly curated, impact-focused workshops or roundtables, with the objectives of generating:
1. A permanent cross-learning forum for exchanging knowledge, debating strategic and programmatic obstacles and issues, and testing investment hypotheses
2. A specific set of policy recommendations at a city and national level to incentivise and accelerate the transition
3. A set of innovative finance mechanisms to help fund the transition
4. A marketing and public communications strategy to demonstrate the value proposition of the project (in social and economic terms) to the public, other landowners, governments, financial organisations, and other relevant actors

Skills and requirements of you/your team
• Expertise on regenerative land use, oceans, carbon sequestration and biodiversity
• Professional facilitation capabilities
• Excellent presentation and speaking capabilities
• Creative thinking and ability to draw summary conclusions and write up notes from the sessions
• Client liaisons / relationship management with high level stakeholders

Deliverables
• Planning and preparation of 6 roundtables, dinners or ‘Solution Circle’ workshop sessions for 20-40 people, including intellectual framing of the sessions, providing input and feedback on the attendee list, and liaising with the landowner and Conduit teams in the lead up to sessions
• Expert facilitation of the 6 roundtables / ‘Solution Circles’
• Summary notes from each session – including key outtakes, ideas, actions agreed and recommended next steps to maximise the impact of the project
• Follow up calls with The Conduit and the landowner teams, building on learnings and results, and incorporating them to iterate and adapt each phase/session in the project
• End of project summary notes that outline the progress of the working groups against the agreed key objectives
