A 90-minute webinar aimed at manufacturers, importers, and accredited testing laboratories will anchor the next phase of our national energy-efficiency programme. The session must leave participants clear on current and upcoming energy-performance standards, practical compliance steps, and the wider policy context.

Scope of work
• Design the full learning journey—from agenda to closing poll—so the content flows logically and keeps the audience engaged for the entire 1.5 hours.
• Build a polished slide deck (PowerPoint or Google Slides) and concise supplementary handouts and brochures in PDF format. These materials should visualise the labelling scheme, testing protocols, and compliance timelines.
• Recruit, brief, and moderate the live panel. Confirm attendance from the following stakeholder groups:
– Government officials
– Industry experts
– Academics
• Manage the live broadcast on Zoom, MS Teams, or a similar platform, handle audience interaction, and capture the full chat and polling data.
• Collate every participant question, craft authoritative answers, and package the results for the Ministry’s public FAQ page.
• Produce a comprehensive post-event report that summarises attendance metrics, feedback ratings, notable discussion points, and actionable takeaways.

Essential profile
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Environmental Science, Energy, Architecture, Sustainable Development, or a closely related technical field
• 10+ years’ post-qualification experience in energy efficiency, energy labelling, or sustainable design
• Familiarity with appliance testing standards and performance benchmarking
• Proven record of designing and delivering awareness or training programmes to diverse stakeholders
