I need a Public Relations Manager for a company narrative re-brand

Our company started as a promotions agency 15 years ago, since then we have grown into a global network of agencies but people still view us as a promotions agency. We need someone who can spend time learning about our business and build core content/ the narrative which can then be repurposed for articles and a marketing roll out.
