SETTING up PR client and teams in Asana

Totally new to Asana we have tried to set it up but are not using the program effectively. With 4 in staff and interns we need the overarching clients set with a range of branches of their specific projects ongoing projects, media calendar, pitching, product launches or send outs, events and other initiatives "nested" underneath. We are also looking for structure, standards and systems to keep us all using the system and so I can both assign and asses, understand progress and be sure deadlines are being met. We need to be in it to win it with Asana and we are not engaging properly with the program or each other to meet our goals.
