Public Relations Specialist

I have an educational consultant company, specializing in the area of scholarships. I am looking for a publicist to have my company featured in magazines/online newspapers (i.e. Forbes, Black Enterprise, The New York Times, Essence, etc.). I am also looking for the publicist to coordinate interviews with radio stations and local new channels.
