Product Launch PR Event Promotion

Job ID: 39847303

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD

I’m getting ready to unveil a new product and need a concise, high-impact public relations push that drives excitement and attendance for the launch event. The campaign must speak directly to three groups—schools, churches, and local businesses—so I’m counting on smart audience segmentation and messages that feel tailored rather than generic.

Here’s what I have in mind:

• A focused PR roadmap covering pre-launch buzz, launch-day amplification, and immediate post-event follow-up.
• Several press releases (AP style) plus a short media advisory, both optimized for distribution services
• A curated media list that includes education reporters, faith-based outlets, and business journals in my region, complete with contact details and pitching notes.
• Outreach templates: email pitches and brief call scripts I can use or hand to volunteers.
• A week-long social media content calendar aligned with the above materials, ready for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Our product is a moveable bulletproof wall on wheels that is easily moved and will protect children and adults from any active shooter situation. We will bve doing the event at a sdchool that has had an active shooter situation with many deaths.

Acceptance criteria
– Strategy and assets delivered in editable Google Docs or .docx format.
– All copy proofread for grammar and brand voice.
– Media list validated within the past 30 days; bounced or outdated contacts replaced before handoff.
