Media Reputation Enhancement Campaign

Job ID: 39831600

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

My brand’s public image is solid with customers, yet the narrative in the press isn’t where it should be. I need an experienced hand to reshape how both traditional outlets (TV, newspapers) and trusted online platforms talk about us so that overall reputation measurably improves.

The immediate focus is a reputation audit of current media coverage, followed by a concise PR roadmap. From there, craft a refreshed media kit, draft compelling press releases or op-eds that match our voice, and pitch them strategically to tier-one newspapers, television producers, high-authority blogs, and niche industry sites. Media relations tracking, sentiment analysis, and a clear set of metrics—positive coverage volume, tone, and share-of-voice—will determine success.

Deliverables
• Audit report with key reputation gaps
• PR strategy timeline (90-day view)
• Updated media kit & boilerplate copy
• At least three secured features in traditional outlets and three in online publications, with links or clippings provided
• End-of-engagement analytics summary comparing pre- and post-campaign sentiment

Press-ready writing skills, strong journalist contacts, and familiarity with monitoring tools such as Meltwater or Cision are essential to keep the campaign efficient and data-driven.
