Executive VA for Media Outreach

My immediate priority is to hand off the media outreach side of my business so I can focus on strategy and growth. I’m looking for an experienced Executive Virtual Assistant who already understands the rhythms of media management and can jump straight into outreach tasks without a lengthy ramp-up.

Your core responsibility will be to research, organize, and execute outreach that secures meaningful coverage for our brand. That includes building and maintaining a live database of relevant journalists, editors, and podcast hosts; tailoring pitches that match each contact’s beat; tracking responses and follow-ups; and keeping me updated with concise status reports.

If you have a background in PR or communications, understand the nuances of timing, subject-line hooks, and relationship nurturing, and are comfortable working autonomously while meeting agreed deadlines, you’ll be a great fit. Familiarity with tools such as Cision, Muck Rack, or similar platforms is a bonus but not required—as long as you can produce consistent results.
