DEVELOP A PARAMETER/MATRIX FOR MEASUREMENT OF PERFORMANCE BY POLITICIANS

My project is to develop a parameter/matrix for measuring the performance of politicians at the national level. This project calls for a mixed methods approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative techniques for data collection and analysis. Specifically, I am looking for a way to measure commitment to pledges, commitment to promises made and efficiency in performance from the politicians within the given scope. I am looking for someone with a strong background in development, governance, performance measurement techniques which will likely be online.

Whoever gets this will determine and present:

1. Best ways to collect data from the politicians e.g will they be submitting themselves on a portal or will we be gleaning the information and curating ourselves?

2. The modes of data collection

3. A Ranking system for the politicians and the offices whichbtheybreoresnet and which will have smart and sound parameters that will be seen to be fair, reliable and comprehensive by all.

4. A matrix for determining the type and nature of performance achieved, where it fits, who the beneficiaries are and how t largely connects with the manifesto of the politician.

Such a person hamdlung this must be able to create a successful and comprehensive measurement matrix for this project.
