Bilingual Creator relationship Manager
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
Job description
We are looking for a bilingual (EN/FR) Creator Relations Manager to join our agency and build lasting relationships with our creators.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Hosting video calls to recruit creators and clearly present our agency's services.
- Organizing biweekly follow-up video calls with each creator to maintain a friendly and professional relationship.
- Researching and sharing 10 trending TikTok ideas per day per creator to inspire their content.
- Uploading and organizing TikToks as needed.
Optional tasks (higher pay):
- Recruiting chatters (DM managers).
- Checking and correcting chatters' performance.
- Edit TikTok videos for better engagement.
- Manage secondary Instagram accounts (posting Reels at set times, uploading stories, etc.).
Required skills:
- Female applicants only
- Fluent in English and French
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills (comfortable with videoconferencing)
- Knowledge of TikTok trends and social media content
- Organizational skills, reliability, and proactivity
- Available full-time and long-term (no other jobs).
