National Maternity Health Blueprint
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a well-researched, five-year strategic plan that my Ministry of Health can adopt to improve maternity outcomes nationwide. The document must be written for government and policy-makers, using clear public-health language, costed interventions and measurable indicators so that it can move straight into cabinet review.
The priority is prenatal care. I want the strategy to drill down into two pillars—nutrition and supplements, as well as regular medical check-ups—showing why each matters, who should deliver the service, and how progress will be tracked. Feel free to draw on WHO guidelines, comparable country case studies and any available local data; if data gaps exist, propose realistic methods to fill them.
Please structure the work so that it flows logically from situation analysis through to monitoring and evaluation, while weaving in gender-sensitive and equity considerations. A high-level theory of change, SWOT and stakeholder map will help policy makers follow the narrative.

I want to use the current statistics of infrastructure,manpower ,maternal mortality ,
I want an initiative for the above objective with operational KPI
