Food Safety Research Collaboration

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science from Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang and a Dietitian Professional Education credential from Universitas Respati Yogyakarta. My main focus areas are clinical nutrition, public health nutrition, and—most importantly for this project—food safety.

I’m looking for a research-minded collaborator to help me design and carry out a focused study on food safety practices. Tasks will include:
• Shaping the research question and methodology
• Conducting a targeted literature review
• Gathering or structuring field data (surveys, observations, or existing datasets)
• Analysing findings and presenting them in a clear, actionable report

To submit a strong proposal, please place special emphasis on your relevant experience, as that is the key factor I will be reviewing. If your background also involves individual nutrition counselling, highlight any credentials and certifications you hold—these will strengthen your fit but are not mandatory.
