a) Present the current (or recent) evidence for inequalities in health outcomes in your country in relation to:
CORONARY HEART DISEASE.
b) Discuss whether these differences in outcome are “unfair”, presenting evidence to support your argument
c) Describe the societal influences on the health condition you have chosen and present the evidence for how
much these account for the inequalities in outcomes observed
d) List the policies that exist in your country to address these inequalities. Evaluate how well they have been
implemented and how effective they have been
e) Recommend one political approach not already adopted by your country and discuss, using evidence, why
you think this would be effective at reducing inequalities
