ACSC & PHC Literature Researcher
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Task Description
I am looking for a freelance research assistant to identify, collect, and summarize key literature related to Ambulatory Care Sensitive Conditions (ACSCs) and Primary Health Care (PHC) performance evaluation.
-This task is NOT writing a full literature review yet.
The main objective is to:
Collect relevant literature (PDFs or accessible links)
Briefly summarize the key findings of each paper
Clearly indicate which section each paper supports

3. Conceptual and Theoretical Frameworks
Donabedian model (Structure–Process–Outcome)
PHCPI framework
Results-based / logic model frameworks
4. Evidence on NCD-Related ACSCs
Definition and global use of ACSCs
NCD-related ACSCs (diabetes, hypertension, COPD, CHF, asthma)
Global and Thai empirical evidence linking PHC quality and ACSC outcomes
