I need a programmer to replicate a psychological testing battery

I require a programmer to replicate the SYNWIN testing battery that is used to measure multitasking ability. This could be a simple program to run on a laptop and be used to assess students in a classroom setting. The SYNWIN test concurrently gives the participants tasks involving memory, basic arithmatic and visual and audible cues in order to assess their ability to multitask.
