I need a psychometrician to design a concise test that accurately measures the current account-management abilities of current salespeople. My priority is a solid, ready-to-pilot instrument rather than an extensive research study, so please focus on the essentials:
• Develop a clear test blueprint outlining the specific account-management competencies to be assessed (e.g.,account management, prioritisation, data interpretation, and problem-solving).
• Draft 20–30 well-written items aligned with that blueprint, mixing multiple-choice and short-scenario formats.
• Provide a scoring key and brief guidance on score interpretation.
• Supply a short technical note covering basic reliability and validity steps you would recommend (classical test theory is fine—no need for a full IRT model at this stage).
