I need a telecaller | Only Indian | Salary Based
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Seeking a telecaller for customer support at our hospital (psychology department). The ideal candidate will have to receive calls from our patients. Specifically for making customer service calls. This position is open only to Indian candidates and will be salary based. The ideal candidate should have expert level experience in customer service calls.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service calls
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide solutions
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Proficiency in Hindi and English languages
- Availability for more than 40 hours per week
