coaching program evaluator

I am looking for a skilled individual to evaluate my coaching program, which aims to help women stay sober and live healthier lives. This group coaching program will run for a duration of 21 days and will have 1-10 participants.
Skills and experience required for this project include:
- Experience in evaluating coaching programs
- Knowledge of addiction recovery and holistic health practices
- Strong analytical and observational skills
- Ability to gather and analyze data on participant progress and outcomes
- Excellent communication skills to provide detailed reports and recommendations
