Someone has been considered to have psychosis when they don't have it. The consideration is based on psychiatrists' diagnoses.
The consequences they got were loss of mental capacity for the consent of treatment and loss of mental capacity over their finances and assets.
This person has been having difficulty proving their "insight" of psychosis to the doctor. In a sense of receiving the authority to decline the treatment.
You've to train them to help prove to the psychiatrist that they are mentally capable of treatment consent and managing their finances and assets when the psychiatrist assesses them.
