Psychology Students for Routine Building
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need two final-year or post-graduate psychology students to work with a young adult who wants to put healthier structure into everyday life. Over the next 4–6 weeks (with the option to continue if things go well) you’ll spend roughly 2–3 hours a day, 5–6 days a week, guiding small, enjoyable sessions that make positive habits stick.
What the sessions look like
Each visit blends three elements I’ve found motivating for the client:
• Creative tasks – simple art, journaling, music or anything hands-on that sparks interest
• Physical activities – light walks, stretching, casual games that get the body moving
• Social discussions – friendly conversation around goals, interests, current events, etc.
The aim is straightforward: build reliable daily routines that naturally boost focus, motivation and confidence. No therapy is involved; you’re offering companionship, gentle structure and behavioural encouragement grounded in your academic training.
After every session jot down a brief progress note (a few lines are enough) so we can track mood, engagement level and any small wins.
Who tends to thrive in this role
Empathy, patience and strong communication skills are essential. If you enjoy translating theory into practical support and can keep interactions relaxed yet purposeful, you’ll fit right in. Being Delhi-NCR based is ideal for in-person work, though occasional remote coordination is fine.
Deliverables
• Daily session plan (informal outline)
• Short post-session progress note uploaded the same day
If your schedule is flexible and you’re eager to see behaviour-change principles in action, let’s connect.
