Phone-Based Bipolar Therapy
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m seeking ongoing, one-to-one therapeutic support for managing bipolar disorder, delivered strictly over the phone. The goal is to establish a structured schedule of evidence-based sessions that help with mood stabilization, relapse prevention, and practical coping skills.
What I need from you
• An introductory assessment call to share my history, set goals, and agree on a treatment plan.
• Recurring 45-60-minute phone sessions—weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your clinical recommendation.
• Brief emailed summaries or homework after each session so I can track progress and stay accountable.
Qualifications I’m looking for
• Licensed therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist with proven bipolar-specific experience.
• Familiarity with approaches such as CBT, DBT, interpersonal therapy, or similar, adapted for bipolar disorder.
• Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA or equivalent privacy standards.
When you respond, please outline your license details, experience with bipolar I or II clients, preferred therapeutic frameworks, the session cadence you recommend, and your pricing per session. My time zone is flexible for evening and weekend calls.
I’m ready to start as soon as we’re a fit and look forward to working together toward long-term stability.
