Micro-aggressions Impact on Education - NVIVO Analysis

I'm looking for an experienced researcher who can undertake a thematic analysis of an online focus group I conducted. The analysis needs to identify key themes and explore the impact of micro-aggressions on school education.
- The focus group involved 5 participants.
- You will be provided with the transcripts of the discussion.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Proficiency in using NVIVO for qualitative data analysis
- Strong background in thematic analysis
- Previous work on education research is a plus
- Excellent understanding of micro-aggressions and their impacts
Your task will be to analyze the transcripts, pick out the key themes, and produce a comprehensive report based on your findings. The report should clearly demonstrate how micro-aggressions are affecting school education as evident from the focus group.
