Evidence-Based Mindfulness Audio and Videos
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I’m commissioning a series of evidence-based mindfulness workshops, delivered as polished video recordings. Each session should draw on MBCT, MBSR, ACT, or similarly validated protocols and adhere to the highest standards of clinical integrity. All material must be safe for a general audience and fully accessible—every video needs accurate captions and a matching transcript.
Although the core deliverable is the video workshop itself, if you include any supplemental guided practices, please make sure they nurture self-compassion, as that is the theme I want woven through the entire program.
To be a strong fit you will already hold a degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, and preferably have formal training in mindfulness modalities such as MBCT, MBSR, or ACT. Familiarity with basic video-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar) and clean audio capture techniques will help you maintain a professional finish.

• Brief outline citing the research or clinical evidence supporting each practice
