I'm looking for an expert to create a cognitive abilities assessment. This assessment will be in multiple-choice format and will evaluate candidates on three key areas:
- Memory
- Problem-solving
- Attention to detail
Ideal skills and experience:
- Background in psychology or HR
- Experience in creating assessments, especially cognitive ones
- Strong understanding of the cognitive abilities mentioned
- Ability to formulate clear and effective multiple-choice questions
