Child Learning Psychologist for AI
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
My AI-powered tutoring platform is nearly ready for pilot testing, and I want every learning pathway to align with solid child-development science. I’m looking for expert guidance from a psychologist who specialises in learning and development to make sure the system truly boosts academic performance for primary-school learners.
Here’s what I need help with:
• Review the existing lesson flow, reward mechanics, and feedback loops, then flag any sections that might overload attention or miss key developmental milestones.
• Define evidence-based strategies the engine can use to adjust difficulty, pacing, and motivation cues for different ages or skill levels.
• Produce a concise set of recommendations (or annotated slides) that my engineering team can translate directly into code—ideally with citations or links to the underlying research so we can validate each change.
Acceptance criteria for the engagement:
1. A written report (max 15 pages) mapping each psychological recommendation to a specific component in the AI curriculum.
2. A 60-minute virtual walkthrough with my dev and curriculum leads to ensure we understand the reasoning and how to implement it.
3. Availability for one follow-up Q&A session during integration.
