I'm in need of a professional psychometrician to analyze and interpret multiple aptitude test placements.
Your tasks include:
- Analyzing and interpreting 6 different types of aptitude tests.
- Writing a letter that interprets the overall achievements, and the letter must be able to be published on my website
- Describe what aptitude tests measure, how the placements are significant, and relate them to IQ proxy and work potential
Ideal skills and experience:
- PhD in Psychology
- Proven experience in psychometric analysis.
- Expert in various types of aptitude test interpretations.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience handling multiple projects concurrently.
