ADHD Adult Coaching
Budget: $10 – $60 AUD
Summary
I am seeking an experienced ADHD coach to work with an adult client with diagnosed ADHD who has had limited benefit from pharmacological treatment thus far.
The focus is on practical executive-function support, including:
* organisation and planning
* task initiation and follow-through
* accountability
* prioritisation
* routine/systems development
* reducing overwhelm and procrastination
* improving consistency and functional capacity
This is intended to be a structured, practical coaching engagement delivered via telehealth/video sessions, likely with weekly sessions initially.
Preferred experience/skillsets:
* substantial experience working with adults with ADHD
* executive-function coaching
* behavioural systems and accountability approaches
* practical/task-oriented coaching methods
* familiarity with procrastination, overwhelm, and emotional dysregulation in ADHD
* experience supporting professionals/high-functioning adults
* ability to provide structured and measurable approaches
Preferred qualifications:
* relevant formal qualifications, certifications, and/or substantial ADHD-specific experience
* psychology, occupational therapy, counselling, coaching, or related backgrounds welcome
* membership in a recognised professional coaching or ADHD coaching association preferred
Additional requirements:
* excellent spoken and written English
* willingness to work under a confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement
* ability to provide a brief written summary/report at the conclusion of the engagement outlining
* goals addressed, strategies trialled, engagement, and observed outcomes
