I need someone who understands Dreamweaver CS6 and can program

Hotclits.net ran for 17 years perfectly on Blue Gravity, but, got too large for the server, so switched to TMD Hosting. Had several people try to get it working there, but, get 400, 401 and 402 errors. Need someone who can get rid of those errors. You can see the errors. Try Hotclits.net Free Tour and then try Free Tour Straight, Free Tour Gay and Members. You get 401 402 errors. We need these fixed.
