adjust existing html newsletter

I'm looking for someone with some html expertise to adjust an existing html newsletter.
Newsletter was created with sliced images exported from photoshop. Attached html file looks f when viewed on mail on desktop but on smartphone the left and right margins are not displayed correctly (see image smartphone.jpg) ANyone who can finetune html so it loos great on smartphone as well?
