The Awarded Freelancer agrees to terms below:
Design / Development Terms:
1.1 Utilize the provided FIGMA/PSD/PDF files to create the website.
1.2 Ensure that all basic interactive elements are functioning correctly.
1.3 Implement a clean, user-friendly navigation system.
1.4 Integrate functional contact form.
Coding Standards Terms:
2.1 Achieve pixel-perfect visuals in codes as per view of PDF/FIGMA/PSD.
2.2 Employ 100% Custom Handwritten Codes.
2.3 Ensure CSS/HTML files are properly commented on section-wise.
2.4 Utilize the latest frameworks available and use of low size image formats like .svg, .webp
2.5 Full fluid responsive for all screen sizes (Desktops / Mobiles / Tablets).
2.6 Optimize compatibility across all major browsers.
2.7 Implement basic on-page SEO elements such as H1, H2 tags, Alt text, Breadcrumbs, FAQ Schema, etc.
2.8 Use fast-loading Google fonts and icons / or specified in PDF/FIGMA/PSD.
2.9 Adhere to HTTP(S) protocols.
2.10 Implement running contact forms using PHP / Integration of Google contact form.
2.11 Ensure 100% code validation by W3C and HTML5 standards.
2.12 All common sections must be in a separate folder with the name “common”
Loading Speed Performance & Quality Terms:
3.1 Target a Google page speed score of 90+ for both mobile and desktop platforms for all website pages.
3.2 All web pages quality scores measured in Lighthouse (Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO) must exceed 90.
3.3 Page Speed Performance Metrics:
First Contentful Paint (FCP) - Under 1 second.
Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) - Under 2.5 seconds.
Total Blocking Time (TBT) - Under 300 milliseconds.
Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) - Under 0.1.
Speed Index - Under 4 seconds.
Payment Terms:
4000 INR FIx price (Do not negotiate; save your time)
4.1 Milestone Creation: Milestones will be created in advance on a page-by-page basis. No middle milestone release request will be accepted.
4.2 Development Phase: Development must be carried out on the freelancer's server. If the freelancer does not have its server, then the employer will provide him. The freelancer is responsible for thoroughly reviewing parts or the entirety of the project before declaring it as complete. Any instances where the freelancer inaccurately confirms project completion, causing the employer to waste their time in re-evaluating the work, will be deemed a violation of this contract. In such a situation, the employer may terminate the contract. Upon termination for such breaches, the employer is entitled to a complete refund of all payments made to the freelancer in terms of milestones.
4.3 Work Quality: Revisions/modifications will continue until the employer achieves complete satisfaction with the project. Satisfaction is defined as the employer being fully prepared to accept the project with complete happiness.
4.4 Transfer and Final Check: Upon achieving complete satisfaction and obtaining the final approval from the employer, the entire project or website will be transferred to the employer’s server for a final review.
4.5 Successful Delivery: Milestones will only be released after the employer has expressed complete satisfaction and checked with final approval of the website on their (employer’s) server.
4.6 Dispute: The freelancer agrees that all milestones will be canceled and returned to the employer If the freelancer delays the project, or does not show daily progress on the project, or fails to meet the agreed terms, or becomes non-responsive, or misses the deadline, or makes false task completion confirmation, or if the employer is not completely satisfied.
Timeline / Deadlines Terms:
The project timeline will begin on the day all required files reach the freelancer and the deadline will be completed a maximum of 10 days after it. After being awarded the project, the freelancer is required to demonstrate daily progress. If there is no progress reported within 2-3 days, it will be assumed that the work has not yet commenced. Any extension to this timeline must be agreed upon in writing by the employer otherwise deadline mentioned is specified and strict here.
Intellectual Property Rights / Confidentiality Terms / Non-Disclosure Agreement:
The Freelancer agrees to keep all materials, data, and information shared by the Employer confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without the express consent of the Employer. All work produced by the Freelancer under this agreement will be the property of the employer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
>> All projects are bound by NDAs signed with clients.
>> All work must be white labeled, free of any identifying information.
>> Codes must be deleted from the developer's servers upon project completion.
>> Project details cannot be used or referenced in any future portfolios.
>> Breach of these terms will result in legal action.
