Slicing of a design

We are a webdevelopment bureau based in the Netherlands.
We are looking for a long term relationship HTML slicer who can slice pdf/psp files into bootstrap built HTML using the last standards. After a design is sliced, our company will do the rest of the work building the website, so its only slicing stuff.
Please look at added pdf with a desktop design. You will be only slicing that desktop design, responsiveness will be done by us.
