Responsive HTML page build

I need a responsive HTML / CSS /JS page built that has features such as carousels, parallax effects, custom font, text animations and transition animations. It is a one-page build. I will require all the folders and the files to upload the HTML into an existing website. Once I have the path where the css/folders will be hosted, I will supply the link to be updated in the HTML.
