PSD to HTML for ads box

Hi,
I need HTML code for ads boxes. boxes must be responsive.
There are two main categories of ads in-feed ads and right rail ads. I have attached a file called community-ad-locations.png where you can have an idea of what the locations look like.
In-Feed Ads:
Desktop Width: 736px
Tablet Width: 100%
Mobile Width: 100%
Right Rail:
Desktop Width: 356px
Tablet Width: Max width 356px
Mobile Width: 100%
I have also attached a file called ad-designs.pdf that has the designs and additional details about the ads. I only need the ads designed. The page already exists. The ads do not need to be built in the environment. The HTML will be added to an ad server where I will be setting up the dynamic elements. Please use ID to apply css.
