Need some quick coding help

Hello I just need to hop on a quick call with somebody like a screenshot so they can help me fix this code real quick it's pretty simple but I don't really know how to code very well I just have a basic understanding of it but I've been trying to do with you but it's super simple stuff the first thing would be delete code looks like not relevant there's some like additional code that I added on accident they need to be completed and then the second thing is I want to pre-populate the cow.Com with that form with the information from the first step of the form and then the last game the last thing is I want to fix it that's crazy right now its et up with calenly but i want to switch to cal.com it should take less than 10-15mins
