HTML footer coding from PSD (Gmail, Outlook, Spark)

We have a graphic design for the footer in PSD. It needs to be encoded to HTML so that it is compatible with Gmail, Outlook and Spark. We only have a desktop version project - you have to add a mobile version on your own.
