Semi-complicated PSD designs need to be converted to clean, responsive/adaptive, and efficient/elegant HTML and CSS.
You will be provided PSD, as well as the optimized individual images.
* This is not for a full working website... it is simply for creating a one-page design
Only bids for $38 will be reviewed.
This first project will be a trial basis. Plenty of work for a good design converter / web developer.
Need to be able to communicate in English.
