Email HTML from PSD - Light and Dark Mode Issue

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with the HTML email design for my project. The main issue I am experiencing is color inconsistencies in both light and dark modes. I can provide the original PSD files for reference.
I want the same color (exact white text, same gradient, same background) on all the devices (iPhone, Android, desktop web) in dark and light mode.
