Cut PSD into HTML - MOBILE AND DESKTOP

Hello
We need a HTML Design expert to create a responsive HTML based on PSD design for Desktop and Mobile
One long Page.
We will give you PSD Design and what you need
you show us HTML we can load onto our server
for our new Home page design
Please let us know and show us work you did
This is simple Page but fairly long
See screenshot in Zip of how page looks like . you will get PSD only after project acceptance and milestone 
for the HP length you will need to " Cut" into HTML
We need it in 2-3 days max
