Covert XD email template to responsive HTML

I am in need of a freelancer who can convert an XD email template into a responsive HTML email template format. Compatibility with a variety of email clients and devices is important, it should work on gmail, outlook, apple mail etc. As for additional features, I only require a static email template. Ideal skills for this project include proficiency in HTML and email development, as well as experience in responsive design.
