Convert PSD to HTML (Salespage)

I need someone to convert a Photoshop design (PSD) to HTML for my sales page. I already have a design/visual concept ready, so all that's left it to put it into code. I do not need any other pages created apart from the main page. All I need is a skilled freelancer to take my existing PSD design and make it into a fully functional HTML page.
