Build one HTML page

You will build 1 page, compatible with both mobile and desktop
You should look at the design in psd file attached, one file explain for desktop and one file explain for mobile.
I finished half at https://skinquiz.skinresearchinstitute.com/product/A/ but you can check but do NOT reuse it. I do not have time to deal with it. Please start new, build it in your local environment before you submit to me.
I expect you to write in one HTML file, if you need css or js, please do it inline.
Your work will be submitted with a zip file, including one HTML file and one img folder with necessary images from psd file.
