Silent Vibration Wristband Prototype

Job ID: 40395514

Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR

I want a silicone wristband that can give off very quiet vibrations. The core functions are simple but non-negotiable:

• A single, unobtrusive button on the band starts or stops the motor immediately.
• In “random” mode the firmware should trigger short vibrations at unpredictable intervals; in “manual” mode the same button should fire the motor on demand.
• As soon as the button is pressed again, the vibration must cut off without delay or residual buzzing.

No water-proofing is required, so component choices can prioritise size, cost and ease of assembly over sealing. The strap itself should be silicone; you may use an off-the-shelf blank if that simplifies the build.

Deliverables
• Circuit schematic, parts list and 3D files for the enclosure insert.
• Firmware with clearly commented code allowing me to edit interval ranges and vibration length.
• One fully assembled, rechargeable prototype (USB-C preferred) plus step-by-step assembly photos.

I’m happy to iterate quickly, so please outline your proposed microcontroller, motor type, and estimated turnaround for each milestone when you reply.
