Quick KiCad PCB Revisions

Job ID: 40573543

Budget: $10 – $20 USD

I already have three completed boards built around an ESP32, DS3231 RTC, EM18 RFID module, buzzers and indicator LEDs. The schematics and layouts are all in KiCad and functionally proven, but a handful of physical tweaks are still needed before I send them to fabrication again.

What I need you to do in KiCad:
• Reroute a few traces .
* Reszie PCBs
* Mark / update silkscreen text
• Widen or narrow specific pads and drills so the joints wet better and hand-soldering is more reliable.
• Shift certain through-hole parts and add a couple of extra mounting pads called out in my notes.
• Adjust overall board outlines on two of the three PCBs so they seat perfectly in their enclosures.

Turn-around is short; if you are comfortable in KiCad this should fit easily into a two-to-three-day window once you receive my existing project files and the annotated change list.

Deliverables for each board:
• Updated KiCad project folder, including any custom libraries you modify or create
• Clean, production-ready Gerbers, drill files and fab drawings
• Assembly outputs (BOM and pick-and-place) reflecting the new footprints

Please keep every layer, net name and reference designator intact unless I flag it for change—consistency with the original documentation is critical. When you send the completed work back, I should be able to generate new panels and order straight from JLC or PCBWay without further edits.

If this aligns with your experience, let me know your earliest availability and I’ll share the full source package immediately.
