I'm seeking an experienced electronics engineer to assist in developing a prototype device designed for personal communication over WiFi. The device will allow users to call other duplicates of the device. The prototype will incorporate several electronic components to ensure functionality and ease of use.
Key Requirements:
- Develop a prototype using the following components:
- ESP32 board for WiFi connectivity
- Volume wheel potentiometer for audio adjustment
- Microphone and speaker for voice communication
- LiPo battery for power supply
- USB C charger port for charging
- Momentary button or switch for power on/off
- E-ink display for low-power visual interface
- Joystick module to navigate a simple menu, including contact list and call history
- Implement voice call functionality
- Ensure seamless integration of all components for optimal performance
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- specializing in IoT
- Strong background in electronics and prototyping
- Experience with ESP32 and related components
- Proficiency in designing and implementing voice communication systems
- Ability to integrate and program E-ink displays and joystick modules
- Familiarity with power management and battery charging solutions
- Simple guide for us to breadboard ourselves
- Consideration for debugging for round 2
