Medium Dog Front Carrier Prototype

I'm seeking an experienced designer to create a prototype for a medium-sized dog front carrier (15-30 lbs). The carrier should be suitable for medium-sized dogs like Dachshunds, Corgis and made from a combination of canvas, mesh, and nylon.

Requirements include:
- Horizontal bag with ergonomic design for comfort
- Breathable mesh panels on two sides for ventilation
- Durable canvas and nylon construction that is scratch proof
- Safety features (e.g., harness attachment, secure closures)
- Easy to clean and maintain
