Medical Device Blister Manufacturing
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a partner who can thermo-form medical-grade plastic blisters for device packaging. The trays must be produced to the exact dimensions I will supply in a technical drawing once we sign an NDA. Material selection, tooling, forming, and finishing all have to respect the standards that allow downstream sterilisation (ethylene-oxide or gamma) and meet ISO 11607 / FDA expectations for medical devices.
Here’s the flow I have in mind:
1. Review my drawings and confirm feasibility.
2. Advise on the best medical-grade resin (PETG, PVC, or an equivalent you already run) for strength, clarity, and sealability.
3. Produce prototypes for fit testing; I will approve them before cavity tooling starts.
4. Run the first production batch in a clean-room or controlled environment, provide a full QC report, and pack them ready for sterile barrier processing.
I am looking for a manufacturer or highly experienced packaging engineer who already has access to suitable forming machinery, in-house or through your network. Please tell me briefly about similar medical projects you have handled, your typical lead times for prototypes and production, and any quality certifications you hold. Once we talk, I’ll share the drawings so we can lock in the timeline and milestones.
