LED Resistor Circle Circuit Design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need an educational/demo circuit design featuring a 0.625" (15.875mm) circle.
Requirements:
- 4 sets of SMD resistors connected to a blue LED.
- All sets powered and grounded in parallel.
- Each Resistor and LED set run in an X shape 5mm outward from the center mounting hole
- 5 mounting holes (1mm), arranged as follows:
- 1 in the center
- 4 at 6.75mm from the center in a + shape
- Powered by 5V
- Power input via solder point
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Experience with SMD components
- Circuit design knowledge
- Proficiency in working with 5V power systems
Extra:
I cannot for the life of me figure out how to correctly design a PCB, but the attached picture is my general design if instructions are unclear. I designed it with SMD 1206 (3.2mmx1.6mm) Blue LEDs in mind but rescaled the circle (from double the size I need) and realized they'd be too big. I do not know what size/type of SMD LEDs or resistors I need now but if you can figure that out based on the instructions, I'd really appreciate it!
