KiCad 9 - PCB Placement & Routing
Budget: £10 – £100 GBP
I already have a complete KiCad 9 project: schematic finished, footprints assigned, and the component library locked in. What’s left is the mechanical side—placing every part sensibly on the board and routing until the Design Rule Checker reports a clean bill of health.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Open the existing .kicad_pcb file, place all components using general best-practice PCB layout principles
• Route every net—no air-wires left—and keep the topology neat.
• Run KiCad’s DRC and ERC so the board ends with zero errors or warnings.
There are no extra schematic edits, footprint swaps, or part hunts required; the job is purely placement and routing. When you’re done, send back the updated KiCad project folder so I can load it and immediately generate manufacturing outputs.
If you’re comfortable working quickly inside KiCad 9 and can deliver a spotless DRC report, I’d love to hand this over to you.
